Arbitration

Arbitration is private, alternative dispute resolution process where a neutral third party—an arbitrator—resolves the dispute(s) between the parties, as opposed to having a judge or a jury resolve the dispute. Arbitrators often have fewer cases on their dockets than state and federal judges. Accordingly, parties can often move a case through arbitration a lot faster than they can using the public court system.

Mr. Bramwell serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is available to arbitrate your commercial, your consumer, or your employment dispute.
